HR and Operations Coordinator
As HR & Operations Coordinator, Elizabeth works behind the scenes to keep the Community Food Pantry running smoothly. She ensures operational efficiency in processes, provides strategic input and monthly reporting on pantry metrics. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Elizabeth brings a deep understanding of people, process, and culture to her role. Her HR background enhances her ability to engage and motivate teams, solve challenges thoughtfully, and lead with empathy and purpose. Elizabeth is passionate about helping the community and supporting neighbors in need, finding purpose in making a meaningful impact close to home. She is also a wife, proud mom of two, avid jigsaw puzzler, and proud dance mom.

Kathy Rodriguez
Food Pantry and Volunteer Coordinator
Kathy is the Volunteer and Pantry Coordinator at the Community Food Pantry, where she oversees volunteers engagement and manages pantry operations to ensure food and resources reach those in need. With a strong commitment to community service, Kathy recruits, trains, and supports volunteers while coordinating food distribution efforts. Passionate about addressing food insecurity, she strives to build strong relationships and foster a welcoming environment for all.

Intake and Outreach Coordinator
Marisol serves as the Intake and Outreach Coordinator. She plays a vital role in supporting our neighbors by connecting them with essential services and resources. She manages the intake process with care, ensuring everyone feels respected and supported. With a passion for community engagement, Marisol fosters partnerships to expand outreach efforts. Through strong collaborations with schools, student-led clubs, and community organizations, she empowers community members to get involved and make a meaningful impact.

Food Pantry and Recovery Coordinator
Terry serves as Food Pantry Coordinator and leads our Food Recovery efforts, helping to ensure that individuals and families have access to a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Terry is passionate about addressing the rise in food insecurity; she assists with managing inventory, coordinating distributions and leads volunteers in sorting the recovered food. With a background in food service, leadership, and community outreach, she fosters a welcoming and efficient pantry environment dedicated to serving others with dignity and respect. Terry also enjoys time with her husband, caring for loved ones, and relaxing with crossword puzzles on quiet days.

John Ruel
Stock Person
John is a dedicated Stock Person, ensuring efficient food pantry operations through organized inventory management. He oversees the unloading of trucks, stocks shelves, and maintains storage areas, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers. With a keen eye for detail, John ensures all products are stored properly. Committed to cleanliness and efficiency, he keeps the pantry organized while fostering positive interactions with clients and volunteers. Outside work, John is an avid woodworker, potter, metal worker, novelist, fly fisherman, and camper and is very active in his church, All Souls Community Church. He spends a lot of time with his family of two boys, their wives, three grandkids, and Cody, their dog.
